Creating a recurring route

When creating a recurring route, the user specifies the First collection date and the Interval. The Next collection date is set automatically as one interval after the First collection date.
Earliest start for a recurring route is the next day from today.

Enlight determines that the first instance of the route will start at the beginning of the First collection date. That first instance will have a due date exactly one interval later. For example, if the user sets the First collection date to 22 April with a Weekly interval, then the first route instance will run from 22 April 00:00 to 28 April 23:59. The Next collection will then start at 29 April 00:00.
