How do I set status in ProCollect if data can not be collected?

1. If measurement data cannot be collected on a whole Functional Location, select the functional location by clicking the dots in to top right corner.
2. Select Not monitored or Out of service and add information why measurement data cannot be collected on the functional location.
3. If measurement data cannot be collected on an asset, select the tap the toggle switch to be disabled.
4. Select Not monitored or Out of service and add information why measurement data cannot be collected on the asset.

Measurement data cannot be collected
