How to remove locked hierarchy

If you find a padlock in the right corner of your hierarchy in the Hierarchy panel it means that there is an ongoing sync syncing measurement from another program. You have to remove the sync to be able to delete in the hierarchy. This requires access to the integrations panel.

How to remove a locked hierarchy:

1. Navigate to the integration panel.
2. Search for your integration in the search field.
3. Press the Stop button if the integration is running.
4. Click on the trash bin to remove the integration and unlock your hierarchy.

1. Navigate to the Hierarchy panel.
2. Navigate to the levle in the hierarchy that needs to be removed.
3. Select the Delete button.
4. The Delete button removes the selected level and all the connected levels below.
