Some users may experience errors with downloading routes and uploading measurements.
We know this is frustrating and we are working hard to fix these problems.
The following actions can be performed in order to solve the error.
- Log out/log in. If this doesn't solve the problem proceed to the next action.
- Disable asset images and additional files and retry downloading, if it works
- Enable asset images - retry. If not ok, send in log file and create ticket. If ok:
- Enable additional files - retry. If not ok, send in log file and create ticket.
If this doesn't solve the problem proceed to the next action.
- Clear cache memory. Only possible in Android. NOTE. Any measurements on device will be lost and routes might get stuck in a status that can't be deleted. If this doesn't solve the problem proceed to the next action.
- Re-install. NOTE. Any measurements on device will be lost and routes might get stuck in a status that can't be deleted. If this doesn't solve the problem raise a ticket.
