Generate report names based on hierarchy selection

Generated reports will now include the selected hierarchy node in the report name, making generated reports easier to differentiate if you create many at the same time, but for different sites or plants.

For example, the plant “DevTeam’s plant” is selected:

Generating a report now gives a report prefixed with “DevTeam’s plant”, like this:
