User management by user groups in Enlight

User management inside the company would be more simple with user groups. At the moment when customer has new hierarchy branches, settings have to change for each user separately. Also if there is new user, routes have to be copied for adding new user for route. User groups will make all this much more easier because rights for hierarchy branches and routes are managed based on group not on person. And even better if customer would have rights to manage users and groups by themselves.
