Enlight Centre - User Admin - setting up User access

Currently the basic user can have 'View & Edit' privileges as per the image example. This may cause a problem as the ‘basic user’ can delete data in Analyze or modify the Schedule in Routes. This could be a problem, so there should be a option to have ‘View’ only like in Hierarchy.

  This is important as User’s will fiddle around and could and will inadvertently change and save settings, probably incorrectly.
