Fault severity level definition
The severity level definition is strange. It is for the customer hard to understand. If I have a fault with severity 0-1 or 2. It say satisfactory. (the definition of this word is "fulfilling expectations or needs; acceptable, though not outstanding or perfect".
However if I read the severity definition for level 1 and 2 it says low if not corrected mid term within 8 weeks. This is confusing for the customer.
Normally I would prefer the traffic light system (red: action required, yellow: to follow. Green OK.)
Can this be changed?

Yes current system is far too complicated and confusing. 4 states is enough I think.
Red Yellow Green and maybe Blue for suddenly 'Improved' machines with large drops in amplitude.
If the criticality number is already assigned this should also interact with the Status set.
