Higher-level Database audit tools are needed to allow users to edit all Vibration configuration settings quickly and efficiently without errors.  

At the moment this is manual and a very laborious process to say the least.

For example, a 150 Asset database that needs the Overall alerts reviewing & updating would take around 8-10 hours. Band Alerts would be even longer as they are ‘Standalone per measurement location’ !! Currently these can only be added once CM data is visible. Why Band alerts cannot be added during the database build to me is big oversight.

  Agree, this would be a welcome addition, as it is fundamental tool for database building that would minimise errors in setting up Alerts and compiling band alerts per measurement which can be shared to other assets. This will save lots time going forward as at the moment it is manual task.

  .......waits for a dev to ask, 'can someone explain why this is needed and what it gives benefit wise' and hence the problem with non subject matter experts designing things like this.

  This is a fundamental feature which should have been present in the beginning.

  Totally agree this is a big oversight, band alerts are the backbone of any credible CM software package..

  Hi any movement on this request? 

  The database Audit process is currently flawed as it is a Manual process of ‘like for like’ Assets with minor differences, therefore prone to Human errors and a time complex operation.

  Also, if images are attached to an Asset, the only Audit option to check this, is manually by the Auditor, taking up a similar amount of time to that of the database builder.
