General - Better contrast

This is important both in ProCollect and Enlight Centre.

With ProCollect is hard to read the information in the screen when we are outside in the light. A dark mode could be a way to improve this.

Let's save energy! I wanna be able to enable dark mode, so I can choose to save some electricity while working. It's good for me, as I work from home a lot of time now, and for the planet.

  I think this is a great idea! It would be useful both for saving energy and to go more easy on the eyes. Working all day at a REP C with a super white screen might be stressful on the eyes.

  Besides, it's starting to become a standard feature of every software to have a dark mode by now.
