Setup - Move items in the hierarchy (cut/paste)

As a user, I wanna be able to move items in the hierarchy, so it would be easier to set up and/or fix mistakes in the hierarchy tree.

  As a user, I sometimes need to move assets in my facility in order to keep to keep things operating.  For example, install a spare, or move an asset from a FL not currently operating to replace a similar failing asset in another FL.  When I move the asset in my facility I what to be able to cut and paste that asset in the hierarchy. When I cut and paste the asset, all of the measurement data must follow the asset.

  Yes, this is an essential feature, in @ptitude analyst, we can sim0ply cut and paste a machine to different locations on the Hierarchy and all data follows.

  it's a basic functionality that should be implemented as soon as possible
