Analyze - Remember CPM vs Hz selection

As an analyst, I wanna the system to remember my selection of frequency units (CPM vs Hz) so I don't have to change the selection all the time and save time on my work.

  Choice of how to view frequency (Hz or CPM) in charts will now persist between sessions since you now can set preferred choice in the upper toolbar (see orange marking in picture below).

  Yes, saving/remembering the last used units or allowing an optional setup to remember this.

  Its a pain in the butt having to re-change it every time.
