Analyze - Notification when have collected data

As a service analyst, I need to be notified when my customer has collected data so that I do not miss any important asset health changes that could lead to costly maintenance or devastating downtime.

  I'ld like to add to this one a notification to the customer/other users when a new report or edit to a report has been made.
